Q: Who and/or what is TAFFL™ Youth Flag Football?
A: The TAFFL™ Youth flag football league is a division of MOC Sports, LLC, Raleigh's premier multi-sports league organization. Since 2003, MOC Sports, LLC has become a leader in adult PRO-Recreational™ athletics by providing a signature recreational sports league experience that simulates the professional sports ranks in almost every detail in look and feel. We are now excited to offer this exclusive experience to the youth of our communities.

Q: What are the participant's age range?

A: Currently, TAFFL™ Youth is open to Free Agent boys and girls ages 6-16. However, don't worry if your Free Agent falls out of this range because we will host several skills and agility preparatory training camps throughout the year allowing them to still be involved in TAFFL™ Youth and MOC Sports, LLC.

Q: Are there height and weight restrictions for the Free Agents?

A: Because TAFFL™ Youth is a NON-CONTACT League, there are no height or weight restrictions.

Q: What days are games played on? Practices?
A: We know how important it is for your child to be active and involved in a quality sports program, yet we also want to make it as convenient as possible for parents/guardians. Therefore, TAFFL™ Youth will hold all its practices and games on the same day and at the same location. Currently, practice and game days will be on Saturdays, beginning on Saturday, April 14th, 2012.

Q: Where are games and practices held?
A: We are in negotiations with several venue options (in the Raleigh Area) and will update parents as soon as our final decision has been made. Potential locations ... St. David's School, Sanderford Road Community Park, Preeminent Charter School, among others.

Q: How can I get my Free Agent(s) involved?

A: Registration for TAFFL™ Youth is quick, easy, and FREE! Just click the link below for the TAFFL™ Youth Pre-Registration Form. After submitting your Pre-Registration form, you'll be contacted by email confirming your child's registration and Draft status. Your confirmation email will also contain additional information that will make transitioning to TAFFL™ Youth simple and fun.

Q: Who will Coach my child's team?
A: Our Coaching staff is comprised of former professional and collegiately trained and coached athletes, husbands and fathers, as well as general scholars and fans of the game of football. The high quality instruction your Free Agent will receive while participating in TAFFL™ Youth will not only enhance their lives and abilities from an athletic and football standpoint, but also strengthen and develop leadership, social, listening, and problem-solving skills. Free Agents will also learn how to be good teammates, develop self-confidence, while respecting others, and maintaining healthy and active lifestyles. Coaches undergo a stringent screening process, prior to hire.

Q: Will my child play or simply 'ride the bench'?

A: TAFFL™ Youth is committed to providing players with an equal amount of playing time regardless of skill-level. Coaches are trained and educated on this policy and must adhere to it to the best of their abilities.

Q: What are the fees associated with participating in TAFFL™ Youth?

A: Participation in TAFFL™ Youth requires a one-time registration fee of only $95.00 per child --- Nearly $50.00 in savings compared to other league options with fewer features! PLUS! There are no tiered fee increases based on when payment is made, whether you pay today or in Week 1 ... it's the same Great Rate!

Included in that fee is a highly organized and professional program that is unrivaled by any other and also covers a high quality team shirt, which includes player's team name on front and individual player number on back (theirs to keep), field rental costs, equipment and game supplies (i.e. balls, flags, cones, field marking materials, etc.), officiating costs, liability insurance (no health insurance provided), awards, trophies and medals, coaching equipment, website domain and maintenance fees, administrative costs and supplies, and other incidentals required to offer you and your Free Agent the very best Pro-Recreational™ experience possible. TAFFL™ Youth offers sibling discounts of $10.00 per sibling per season. Although pre-registration does not obligate you to participate, on occasion we offer various online specials and discounts to our email subscribers and you're automatically added to our list when you pre-register.
